Order Items:
Exchange/Replacement items only will only be accepted within 7 days that the order was received date. The purchaser is responsible for shipment costs to and from for exchange/replacement items.
*Exchanges will be accepted if the item is in perfect ticketed & wearable condition within the 7 day return policy.
*Replacements will be accepted for damaged items that have been sent back within the 7 day return policy.
*Repairs on any damaged items will require full shipment cost covered along with a repair fee, if applicable.
Shipments sent back for EXHANGE/REPLACEMENT/REPAIR must be accompanied by a RA Number/Carrier Account Number/Pre-Paid Shipping Label.
Standard shipping cost for orders range from $9.99 & up depending on the package size. The charges include insurance & signature confirmation. Shipping costs charged are Non-Refundable.
NON-REFUNDABLE* 50% deposit is required on custom made orders at the time of which the order is confirmed and placed.
Immediate Delivery Items:
At the time of purchase all items need to be inspected by purchaser.
All immediate delivery items taken at the time of purchase are final sale and cannot be returned or replaced. Repairs will be accepted at the cost of the buyer and within reasonable time frame from the purchase date. All repairs need to be accompanied by an invoice number to verify date and proof of purchase.
